Avideh is a graduate in Kinesitherapy and Osteopathy, she considers people and human health in a holistic manner combining alternative techniques with age-old traditions of various cultures around the world. Using the skills and experience acquired over nearly 20 years of health-care practice and continual training, Avideh will guide each individual patient through the most adequate path to help solve health problems and subsequently achieve the highest possible degree of well-being.

She holds a DO Degree since 2000 ( 5 years program at BELSO, The Belgian School of Osteopathy, Belgium. Avideh is member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners OAO in Canada and served as the treasurer on the Board of the Directors.

Céline Nonzerville

Céline Nonzerville, D.O. (F), is a manual osteopathic practitioner and specializes in MSK injuries, cranial and visceral osteopathy. She has extensive experience with osteopathic treatment, including postural related injuries, headaches, TMJ, joint sprains, pregnancy related pain, abdominal and pelvis pain.

Born and raised in Paris, France, she earned her D.O. at the Institut Superieur d’Osteopathie de Paris (six-year, full time degree) and two specialties from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry.

In her practice, Celine’s osteopathic treatments may include the use of soft tissue techniques, counterstrain, muscle energy techniques, mobilization, manipulation and functional techniques.

Prior to coming to Canada in 2014, Céline spent eight years in her own clinic, (that she still owns), near Paris .

Céline holds :

  • a D.O from the Institut Supérieur d’Ostéopathie Paris Est, (6 years full time)
  • a degree in Perinatal Osteopathy from The Faculte de Medecine de Paris – Université Paris Diderot .

  • a certification in Lifestyle Medicine from Harvard Medical School – Boston.
  • a certification in Acute Low back pain and Lifestyle medicine for Stress Management, Harvard Medical School – Boston.
  • a certification in K-Taping Pro Course – Taping Academy Canada, in partnership with the University of Toronto/Rehabilitation – Faculty of Medicine
  • a BCL from the University of Sorbonne
  • a LLM in Health Law from the Law Faculty of Paris

Dr. Shelley Burns

Dr. Shelley Burns is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and also the Health Services Director for Executive Health Centre. She works alongside medical doctors, consulting as a team, to offer the best advice from medical, naturopathic and nutrition worlds.

Shelley completed the four-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she received the NaturoMedic Award for proficiency in Naturopathic Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Wilfred Laurier University and certification in Complementary and Integrative Medicine from the Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Wendy Pardiac

Meet Dr. Wendy Pardiac, ND!

Graduating with honours from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Dr. Pardiac brings over six years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and holds an honours degree in Biological Sciences. With a knack for unraveling health mysteries, Dr. Pardiac focuses on integrative medicine, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide personalized care. Committed to empowering her patients, she blends expertise with compassion to promote lasting wellness.

“My passion comes from getting to know YOU and your body on a personal level. Together, we will go through laboratory results & specialized testing where I will then customize a plan to suit your individual needs. This may include nutrition and lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, vitamin prescriptions, physical therapy, acupuncture, and more!

My specific interests include fertility, metabolic disorders, stress and inflammation, counselling & NLP, women’s health (PCOS, menopause, etc), autoimmunity, and disturbances of the gut-brain axis, though I have a general practice and all questions and concerns are welcome!”

Julien Rives

Julien received his D.O. (F) from the Osteopathic College of Provence in France in 2008, after a 6 years training period. He has been practicing osteopathy for 14 years.

He has a holistic approach to Osteopathy, and identifies the root cause of these symptoms and conditions. He adapts his treatment according to the patients unique needs. He practices visceral, cranio-sacral therapy and various joint techniques (muscle energy and fascial techniques). The range of his techniques is beneficial to all kind of patients. As an osteopathic manual practitioner, he treats athletes who train and need maintenance care on a regular basis or are recovering from injuries. His practice of triathlon, marathon and hockey give to him an added experience for treating athletes. He also treats pregnant women, babies and children. His techniques are also very helpful in stress-management and various physical conditions, including chronic headaches.

Pamela McLeod

Pamela is a graduate of the Sutherland Chan School of Massage. She is client focused and customizes each treatment to benefit each client. She is equipped with a variety of therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretch and trigger point release which she uses to achieve your treatment goals from general relaxation, muscle stimulation to a range of specific injuries. Massage therapy plays an integral role in the overall health of the mind and body. The power of healing touch provides clients with a sense of caring, comfort and connection to the world around them. Massage can improve the biomechanical movements of the body by manipulating the soft tissue around the joints. It can help to realign soft tissue, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and fascia from the wear and tear that our busy lives place on our bodies. The benefits of massage are endless. Studies have shown that it can help to reduce stress, muscle pain and tightness. It improves circulation to optimize the health of the cells of the body as well as to improve overall immune system functions. Massage can increase energy levels and alertness. It has been proven to reduce heart rate and blood pressure. Massage is also great for relieving anxiety, headaches, insomnia and digestive issues.
