Avideh is a graduate in Kinesitherapy and Osteopathy, she considers people and human health in a holistic manner combining alternative techniques with age-old traditions of various cultures around the world. Using the skills and experience acquired over nearly 20 years of health-care practice and continual training, Avideh will guide each individual patient through the most adequate path to help solve health problems and subsequently achieve the highest possible degree of well-being.
She holds a DO Degree since 2000 ( 5 years program at BELSO, The Belgian School of Osteopathy, Belgium. Avideh is member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners OAO in Canada and served as the treasurer on the Board of the Directors.
Céline Nonzerville

Céline Nonzerville, D.O. (F), is a manual osteopathic practitioner and specializes in MSK injuries, cranial and visceral osteopathy. She has extensive experience with osteopathic treatment (postural related injuries, headaches, TMJ, joint sprains, pregnancy related pain, abdominal and pelvis pain).
Born and raised in Paris, France, she earned her D.O. at the Institut Superieur d’Osteopathie de Paris (six-year, full time degree) and two specialties from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry.
Céline was a board director for the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (2016-2020) and is now a board director (governance and medical committees) for a non for profit that provides education and financial resources to families who are in need of support along their fertility journey.
Prior to coming to Canada in 2014, Céline spent eight years in her own clinic, (that she still owns), near Paris She co owns Pomegranate Healthcare.

Dr. Shelley Burns

Dr. Shelley Burns, ND is co-owner of Pomegranate Healthcare, a multi-disciplinary clinic in Toronto. With her extensive experience in providing health care for executives, she has worked alongside physicians consulting as a team and continues to work with executive clients to assist them in achieving peak health. She is the founder of Health Peak Nutraceuticals and plays a key role in ongoing development of the unique range of supplements available under this brand.
Dr. Burns, ND completed the four-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she received the NaturoMedic Award for proficiency in Naturopathic Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Wilfred Laurier University and certification in Complementary and Integrative Medicine from the Harvard Medical School. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Health Law from Osgoode Hall - York University. Dr. Burns is past chair of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and currently sits on various committees at the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Dr. Burns, ND supervises at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC). During her tenure at the RSNC, Dr. Burns, ND has had the honour of mentoring many Naturopathic interns and continues to do so. She was a columnist for the US publication, Skin Deep magazine and has been quoted in Maclean’s magazine, The Toronto Star and The Medical Post. She has also appeared in interviews on CTV. Dr. Burns, ND has addressed healthcare industry conferences in North America on Naturopathic Medicine and individualized preventive healthcare.
Mathilde Pernin

Mathilde graduated from a 5-year full-time osteopathy program at CEESO in Lyon, France. Prior to her move to Toronto, she gained experience as a locum in different private practices.
Her expertise encompasses treating individuals across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and the elderly, as well as providing specialized care for pregnant women, athletes, and emergency cases.
Mathilde’s approach to osteopathy is holistic, emphasizing manual therapy tailored to each patient’s needs. Her repertoire of techniques includes cranial, visceral, articular, and myofascial techniques.
Motivated to further enhance her skills, Mathilde relocated to Toronto with a commitment to advancing her proficiency in osteopathic treatment and care.
Pamela McLeod

Pamela is a graduate of the Sutherland Chan School of Massage. She is client focused and customizes each treatment to benefit each client. She is equipped with a variety of therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretch and trigger point release which she uses to achieve your treatment goals from general relaxation, muscle stimulation to a range of specific injuries. Massage therapy plays an integral role in the overall health of the mind and body. The power of healing touch provides clients with a sense of caring, comfort and connection to the world around them. Massage can improve the biomechanical movements of the body by manipulating the soft tissue around the joints. It can help to realign soft tissue, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and fascia from the wear and tear that our busy lives place on our bodies. The benefits of massage are endless. Studies have shown that it can help to reduce stress, muscle pain and tightness. It improves circulation to optimize the health of the cells of the body as well as to improve overall immune system functions. Massage can increase energy levels and alertness. It has been proven to reduce heart rate and blood pressure. Massage is also great for relieving anxiety, headaches, insomnia and digestive issues.

Our clinic was born out of a shared passion among a group of healthcare professionals who recognized the need for a holistic and patient-centered approach to wellness, leading us to join forces and establish a place where comprehensive care and compassion converge.
